The Cosmic Box. As the Sun walked into the cosmic room of antiquities, the dark space was flooded with the warm light it cast on everything and everywhere it went. After all, he is the Sun. Inside this cosmic room, there was a box he sought, a unique artifact among the many cosmic treasures that the Sun had accumulated during its many years as the boss of the daytime sky. Happily, there it still sat on a shelf. He slowly walked over to the box and picked it carefully from its resting place. Blowing off the dusk it had accumulated all these years locked away, the Sun gently picked it up in both hands, and he examined it. The box, a one-of-a-kind creation, was centuries old, yet it still looked as new as the day it was made. It was of fair size and made of lava taken from a long-extinguished volcano on a planet far, far away. The key to unlocking the box was on a ring of many other keys that hung on a peg attached to the wall, and it took a bit to find the correct key. Slowly, he slipped the proper key into the box lock. A clicking noise escaped from it as the box opened.. The anticipation within him ran wild as he thought of what secrets the box would reveal to him this day. He opened the lid slowly, and it creaked with age. When he peered inside, he saw the contents were of moons, planets, and stars of different shapes and sizes. Now realizing its contents, He closed the lid and took it to the nearby cloud. There, taking a deep breath, the Sun slowly reopened the box again. As he did, a solar wind magically began to blow. As the wind touched the box’s contents, it carried them away to the heavens and beyond, filling the sky with many new moons, planets, and stars. Let it be known that not only the Sun but everyone has the power to unlock the universe within us if they can find the right key.
